starting point is for us to understand your markets, categories and customers.
Here we are well equipped, as we have vast experience in many different outlets,
with many different product ranges, these are detailed later in the website.
We then work closely with you to understand your strategy and tactics.
We help you produce the plan, including measurable targets and budget,
supporting you as experts in field marketing when you present the project.
Once
agreed we take responsibility to implement the project, reporting back to you as
agreed in the plan. We would resolve any issues that may arise, and keep you
informed. Pre-determined meeting dates would allow us the opportunity to feed
back performance and ensure that the "plan" is being achieved.
If the project is a tactical operation we monitor performance daily so that you can have "live" information for management meetings etc. On completion we produce for you an analysis of the operation and seek a debriefing meeting to identify areas for continuous improvement prior to the next activity.
