Once in-store our merchandisers are seen as your representatives, that is why we only use staff who are trained by ourselves and know, as second nature, the in-store procedures of the client. They have to know what systems are being used in order to check for product not on sale, to check that out-of-stock products are on order and that the line drawing or shelf planogram is being followed.   
 Displays being well maintained, clean and products in good repair, provide an attractive fixture which encourages the consumer to purchase, thus improving sales. Our operatives are there to maintain the highest standards in store, including stock rotation where appropriate.  They will also take advantage of opportunities to create impulse purchases by carrying and placing Point-Of-Sale. 

Their brief will also include your latest agreed activity to ensure that it is being delivered in store. All administration is completed, including any returns or damages, prior to leaving the store and is duly signed by the appropriate store management; this is forwarded to Lassington for your agreed report.
